From the start menu, choose "Create a new lesson"
From the lesson creation menu, choose "Start with a template"
From the text selection menu, choose "Generate a dialogue"
Describe in detail the premise of the dialogue that you would like Roshi to Generate. (e.g. "A woman is opening a bank account for her son who got his first job.")
Premium FeatureChoose the number of lines you would like each speaker to have (e.g. picking 3 would result in 6 lines total)
Premium FeatureSpecify characteristics of the language you would like to be used in the dialogue. (e.g. "Each line is sentences 2-3 spoken written at an A2 level.")
Once you're satisfied with the dialogue options, click on "Next Step".
Entera a title for your lesson
Premium Feature Click on "Add lesson details" to add additional information about the lesson you'd like to generate
Premium Feature Specify how you'd like Roshi to make a vocabulary list
Click on the "Vocabulary Section to open the options
Click on the "How many terms?" dropdown to select how many terms you'd like to include in the vocabulary list
Premium FeatureClick the checkbox that says "Include audio" if you would like the summary to include AI-generated audio.
Specify how you would like Roshi to select the vocabulary terms (e.g. "verbs", "idioms", etc.)
Click on "Add/Change Activity" to set the templates for the activities you'd like Roshi to generate
You have three options:
Premium FeatureA) Use generic templates such as "Theme discussion" or "Basic Comprehension"
Premium Feature B) Use CLB-Based templates to that focus on specific indicators of ability for reading or writing
C) Use custom templates to prompt Roshi to generate questions on whatever skill you'd like (e.g. "Conjugation of irregular verbs)
Click on "Create Lesson" and watch Roshi generate your lesson!
